6. Cancellation Policy
At Kiki we strive to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help.
A. Order Cancellation by Customer:
• You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on our official number given or whatsapp us on the same number given on website or you can cancel through the "My Orders" section.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
B. Order Cancellation by Kiki :
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:
• Product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Errors in pricing, product information, or technical glitches.
• Payment issues or fraudulent transactions detected.
• Delivery address not serviceable by our logistics partners.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
• For orders with multiple items, partial cancellation may be possible before shipping.
• Some categories (like personalized products) may not be eligible for cancellation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and delivery location.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
A. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement and initiate a full refund.
B. Delivery Time
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
• Remote Areas: May take longer
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
C. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping for orders above 1001 (prepaid orders)
• For orders below 1001 (prepaid orders) a flat shipping fee of 100 per kg applies( the price also depends on the size of the package)
- Currently not accepting COD orders.
D. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
E. Delays and Exceptions
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier service interruptions.
F. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
8. Returns and Refunds

A. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• You received an incomplete shipment
Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
B. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days.
C. Return Process
• Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
• Select the item and click on “Return”
• Choose the reason and upload photos (if required)
• Our team will review and schedule a pickup (if applicable)
D. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or wallet.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size or color variations (if applicable and in stock). Otherwise, a return and repurchase will be necessary.
