• We deliver across India through trusted courier      partners.
• Estimated delivery time for retail orders is 4–7 business days.      Wholesale timelines may vary depending on quantity and customization.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at      checkout.
• Kiki.co.in is not responsible for delays due to courier      issues, weather, or force majeure events.
• Please ensure all shipping details are accurate —      incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

• Due to hygiene and product nature, returns and exchanges are only      accepted for damaged or defective products.
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery     with unboxing photos/videos for verification.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the      original payment method within 7–10      working days after inspection and approval.
• For wholesale orders, only quality-related complaints      reported immediately upon receipt will be considered.

• While our stainless steel and premium-plated pieces are      durable, imitation jewellery should be handled with care:
