At Kiki, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch.
However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for any such issue.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged.

2. Reporting a Problem
- Please record a clear unboxing video from start to end as proof in case of any issue.
- Send an email to bhaktinarang@kiki.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9820233738 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
- Requests made after 24 hours or without unboxing proof will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Inspection & Approval
- Once your request is received, our quality team will inspect the shared details.
- If approved, you will be guided through the return or exchange process.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit or refund (where applicable) will be issued.

4. Return Shipping
- For eligible cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back securely.
- In case of self-shipping, please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- The shipping cost for returns (except damaged/incorrect items) will be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- Original shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Store credits do not expire and can be used for future purchases on www.kiki.co.in.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events

7. Responsibility & Care
- Kiki is not responsible for products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or wear and tear after delivery.
- All jewellery pieces should be handled gently, kept dry, and stored separately.
