1. Order Cancellations by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at bhaktinarang@kiki.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9820233738, mentioning your order number.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Kiki
Kiki reserves the right to cancel or delay an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable
- Pricing or listing error on the website
- Unserviceable delivery address
- Technical issues during order processing
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated.

3. Prepaid Orders
- Kiki.co.in currently accepts only prepaid orders.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are not available at the moment.
- We’re working towards introducing Cash on Delivery as a payment option in the near future to enhance your shopping convenience.

5. No Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
For damaged or incorrect
